• Road transportation from Mexico City to Teotihuacan, from Mexico City to Puebla, from Puebla to Oaxaca, from Oaxaca to Tuxtla Gutierrez, from Sumidero Canyon to San Cristobal de las Casas, from San Cristobal de las Casas to Agua Azul Waterfall, from Agua Azul Waterfall to Palenque, from Palenque to Campeche, from Campeche to Uxmal, from Uxmal to Merida, from Merida to Chichen Itza, and from Chichen Itza to Cancun.
• Visits to the Historic Center of Mexico City, the Plaza de las Tres Culturas, and the Basilica of Guadalupe, as well as the Archaeological Zone of Teotihuacan. In addition, places of interest in Puebla and Oaxaca, such as Monte Alban, Mitla, and the Tule tree, will be visited, and the indigenous towns of San Juan Chamula and Zinacantan in San Cristobal de las Casas will be explored. The impressive Agua Azul Waterfall, the Palenque Archaeological Zone, and the Uxmal Archaeological Zone will also be visited. Finally, Chichen Itza will be visited on the way to Cancun.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM?

• National or international airfare: Airplane tickets are not included in the package and must be purchased separately.
• Unspecified food and drinks: Meals and drinks that are not specified in the itinerary are not included in the package and must be paid for by the client.
• Travel insurance: A travel insurance policy is not included in the package, so we recommend that the client purchases one for their own safety and peace of mind.
• Any type of extra expense: Any extra expenses that are not specified in the itinerary, such as personal purchases or additional activities, are not included in the package and must be paid for by the client.
• Anything not specified or detailed in the itinerary: If something is not specified in the itinerary, it is not included in the package and must be paid for by the client.
• Any type of airport tax: Airport taxes are not included in the package and must be paid for by the client.

1. How many people can go in a group?

There is no maximum capacity established for our tour groups. We adapt to the needs of the passenger and can organize tours for small or large groups.

2. Can I book the tour just for myself or do I need to form a group?

If you wish, you can book the tour exclusively for yourself or for any number of people you prefer. However, if the size of your group does not reach the minimum required to carry out the tour, you will have to join an established circuit. To find out the departure date of the next available circuit, please contact us.

3. What are the available dates for the tour?

Tour dates are specific and may vary depending on the season and itinerary. We recommend checking our availability calendar on our website or contacting us directly for more information about the dates of the tour you are interested in.

4. How are the rooms distributed on the tour?

The distribution of the rooms will depend on the size of the group and the preferences of the clients. We can organize single, double, triple or quadruple rooms as needed.

5. What type of vehicle is used for transportation on the tour?

We use modern and comfortable vehicles for our tours, such as vans, minibuses or buses equipped with air conditioning and comfortable seats.

6. What languages does the tour guide speak on the tour?

Currently, we have tour guides who speak English and Spanish on our tours. If you need another language, please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

7. What is not included in the price of the tour?

The price of the tour includes the services and activities specified in the itinerary. Any additional service or activity not included in the itinerary, such as meals outside of those specified, entrance fees to museums and additional attractions, and other personal expenses will have to be covered by the client.

8. How is luggage handled during the tour?

During the tour, luggage will be transported in the tour vehicle. Participants can bring one piece of luggage per person, in addition to a small handbag. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that their luggage is labeled with their name and contact number, and is ready to be loaded into the vehicle.

9. Is it necessary to have any type of insurance for the tour?

We strongly recommend that all participants have travel insurance that covers any eventuality that may arise during the tour, such as illness, accident, cancellation, loss of luggage, among others. Please be sure to verify the details of your insurance policy before traveling.

 

Date Changes:

In the event of a change of travel date by the passenger, an administrative fee of 10% to 30% of the total package value will be charged, depending on the next available date of travel (subject to availability and provider policies).

 

Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation by the passenger, Viewmextours will refund the amount paid as follows:

Deducting the deposit commission and other fees:

Up to 30 days prior to the travel date, there will be no penalty and the total value will be refunded to your bank account.

Up to 20 days prior to the travel date, the penalty is 10% of the total package value, plus any expenses incurred by the agency.

Up to 10 days prior to the travel date, the penalty is 30% of the total package value, plus any expenses incurred by the agency.

Less than 10 days before the travel date, the full package value will be retained.

Note: The agency will have a period of up to 60 business days to refund the money to the travel contractor, in accordance with the above conditions, counted from the date of the cancellation request.
