Payment, cancellation and refund policies

The rates published on the website are only valid at the time of purchase, they are guaranteed at the time of receiving the corresponding payment. All reservations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.

A reservation is considered complete when you are provided with a confirmation number or when the confirmation of the contracted service arrives in your email and the payment has been applied successfully.

At the time of booking, you authorize the use of your credit card number to make the payment (data collected by the company Fareharbor INC.) and you expressly confirm that you know and accept our reservation, payment, liability and cancellation policies.

It is necessary that you keep your reservation coupon and present it either digitally or physically at the time of claiming the services you reserved.

Payment policies

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Pay Pal as payment methods. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or another form of payment, contact our travel advisors.

The amount corresponding to your reservation will be immediately charged to your credit card.

Rates shown in Mexican pesos will be converted to the currency of your country, at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction. This conversion may cause the amount that will appear on your credit card statement to show a variation of up to 5% below or above international currency exchange rate fluctuations. ViewMextours S.A.S. de C.V. is not responsible for this fluctuation and by accepting this policy you acknowledge having been informed about this fluctuation in the exchange rate and agree.

Cancellation policies Transfers

Cancellations and refunds apply up to 48 hours in advance at least; these will have no charge.

Those cancellations that are made LESS than 48 hours in advance, will not apply any refund.

​Cancellation Policies Tours

Cancellations and refunds made with a 24-hour notice before the service will not be charged.

The refund will not apply in notices with less than 24 hours before the activity or if the service was not used and/or the tour is lost due to not showing up at the indicated time.

Package cancellation policies

1) Reservations canceled up to 7 days or more before the arrival date will have a 10% penalty.

2) Reservations canceled with a notice less than 3 days before the passenger’s arrival will have a penalty of 1 night’s lodging plus 10% on each contracted service. (the price of services such as tours and transfers will be the one published on the website).

3) Reservations canceled less than 48 hours before the passenger’s arrival will not apply any type of refund.

4) For early departures from the hotel (not full use of the contracted services) or, failing that, not showing up on the day and time at the hotel of your reservation or for contracted services such as: transfers, tours and others will be automatically considered as a cancellation and will not have any right to claim or refund.

5) Once the reservation or contracted service has been paid and after the purchase it is desired to reduce the number of people and the cost is lower than that originally paid, it will be the sole and exclusive decision of the hotel or contracted provider to apply a refund or, failing that, any penalty. .
